Wayne is a storage industry veteran of 20+years and a serial entrepreneur. He was formerly a VP of Seagate, an advisory board member to PMC-Sierra, as well as board member to Smarthome. Prior to that, he was co-founder/CTO of Gadzoox Networks where he participated in 4 separate public and private funding rounds, raising over $58M in venture capital and equity investments, and responsible for two design centers (Irvine, San Jose) and product strategy. Wayne is an active angel investor as member of Tech Coast Angel and Arizona Tech Investors. In the last decade, he has had seven successful exits as a startup board member. He is currently VP of Business Development at Radian Memory Systems and CMO for a startup Formulus Black. His passion for managing innovation and experience in taking advanced technologies to market contribute significantly to leadership development and sales strategy of the company.
